The Whitechapel Centre

During periods of cold weather (December to March) we provide a tier-coordinated service that meets the needs of rough sleepers.  This includes:

Tier 1:  Night centre provision which opens when ‘trigger temperatures’ of cold weather are forecast – these are periods of three or more consecutive nights of zero degrees Celsius or lower.

Tier 2: Intensive outreach support to rough sleepers focussing on supporting them to access ring-fenced emergency beds in temporary accommodation.

The Whitechapel Centre’s Outreach and Cold Weather Services are funded by Liverpool City Council.
