Opening Hours: Support is provided through agreed visits on a working day (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
Venue: Your support worker will visit you in your home or at an agreed venue
This project aims to support people who are homeless to access appropriate, good quality accommodation within the private rented sector.
We help find a suitable property and provide a guarantee bond to the landlord which means there is no need for a deposit. Each person is allocated a support worker who visits them in their new home and helps them through the process of resettlement into their own tenancy. The support worker also liaises with private sector landlords to maximize housing opportunities, ensure good working relations and provide a point of contact and support for the landlords.
If you are a landlord and would like information on how you could take part please get in touch
This project is supported with funding from the Garfield Weston Foundation.
