Moon started volunteering in 2023 on the switchboard.
They explain,
“I wanted to do more than just give people I passed whatever food item I had on me at the time.
"It may seem such a minor thing to put a call through. But to help all those people, during a very difficult time for me personally with my mental and physical health, really helps me get things in perspective.
"And the staff have been so welcoming and friendly."
