End of Life care for people experiencing homelessness

Our Harm Reduction Project recently participated in a powerful new film project led by IMPROVE — a national programme dedicated to supporting health and social care teams to deliver better end of life care for people experiencing homelessness.

The programme brings together professionals from across services for shared learning, helping to build confidence, reduce isolation, and strengthen collaborative working. Its goal is to ensure that people facing homelessness receive end of life care that is dignified, planned, and compassionate.
