Opening Hours: Always open
Address: Liverpool City Centre Who can use this service? Males who are sleeping rough. |
Phoenix House is a "First Steps from the Street" hostel for men who have been seen sleeping rough. It provides temporary accommodation while waiting to be placed in a mainstream hostel.
Referrals are made by our Outreach team, the Assessment Hub and Liverpool City Council's Housing Solutions team. We work closely with Brownlow Health, HOTs team, Harm Reduction Agencies (CGL) and our own internal teams such as Intensive Outreach, Pathways and New Beginnings. Phoenix House is proud to work with some of the hardest-to-reach clients. We support people with complex, high needs and risks who may have been turned away elsewhere, using a psychologically informed, trauma-informed approach. |
