We provide a range of support for anyone facing homelessness:
You are classed as “homeless” if you are sleeping rough, staying with friends (sofa surfing), squatting, staying in a hostel, or are in poor quality, overcrowded housing. We know there is no simple, “one size fits all” answer. All of our support is free and confidential and begins with an informal discussion to assess your situation and needs.

If you are under 16 and homeless, or in immediate danger, you should contact the police on 999.
