Who can use this service?

Open to people who are:

• Aged 16 or over
• Have a Wirral connection
• Need housing related support to help establish, maintain or prevent the loss of their accommodation and independence.

To access the service please attend a drop in session or fill in an online referral form

This service supports people to access accommodation, maintain their home and make improvements to health & well-being. 

We provide a range of support options including one to one support in your home, in community drop-in sessions and telephone based support. 

Support is tailored to meet individual needs and may include: 

• identify and apply for suitable accommodation 
• maintain the accommodation
• access to welfare benefits
• linking with other services such as GP, dentist, benefits agency and job centre
• developing independent living skills 
• budgeting and debt management
• building confidence and  improving mental and physical well-being
