Tell us about a rough sleeper

Our Street Outreach Service provides assertive outreach support to prevent and eradicate rough sleeping and street drinking. The team responds to reports received through the Always Help Available campaign in Liverpool as well as carrying out regular early morning and evening Outreach.

The team is based at our Enablement Centre and provides one-to-one support to anyone who is rough sleeping, living in a squat or at risk of becoming homeless.

We understand that the reasons that lead someone to sleeping rough can be varied and complex.  Our aim is to provide people with a range of options, along with the right support, to help them come indoors, make positive changes in their lives and find a route out of their situation.
