Where? This role is based at our main admin site in L3 When? Shifts are Monday – Friday, 10am -1pm and 1p -4pm. What will I be doing? You will be staffing our main Switchboard, receiving and redirecting calls to relevant teams within the organisation. The nature of the calls we receive can vary widely, from supporters and members of the public, people in need of housing advice and support, existing clients of the organisation, and other agencies and statutory bodies. Additionally, you will provide support in various administrative tasks.
What do I need to do this? Ideally, you’ll be able to commit to a regular shift each week. You’ll be a confident communicator, professional and polite, and able to work well under pressure. Comfortable using IT systems, friendly, reliable and trustworthy. You’ll be over the age of 18, and happy to work as part of a team.
